CANCELLATION POLICIES :

To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card number and its expiry are required.

For a cancellation or a modification received more than 5 days before your arrival date, there is FREE of charge; Except the reservations for the Christmas season and Saint Valentine's period that require at least 10 days advance notice of cancellation. If less than 10 days notice, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

In the case of a cancellation or a modification received at 120 hours (5 days) or less prior to 00:01 of the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

In the case of absence (without cancellation) or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

The above cancellation policies are for the individual reservations (for the booking of 1 to 3 rooms) only.

The group reservations (for the booking of 4 rooms and more) are required more than 3 weeks in advance for free cancellation or modification.

For the group reservations, in the case of a cancellation or a modification received less than 3 weeks in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

For the group reservations, in the case of absence or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS : Visa or MasterCard.
OTHER PAYMENTS : Debit Card or Cash.

RATES AND TAXES:
Rates are per night per room, based on double occupancy (unless otherwise mentioned).
Taxes extra : Quebec lodging tax of 3.5%, federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% and Quebec Sales Tax (QST) of 9.975%. These 3 taxes are adding a total of 18.999% on the room rates.

MINIMUM STAY :
A minimum stay of two or three nights may be required during the holidays and some weekends (possibility of one night stay, an additional fee will be applied).

ADDITIONAL FEES :
Fee of $10 per night for each additional occupant.
Fee of $25 per night for an extra single-size bed.

PARKING :
Free outdoor parking is available for cars.
A large parking lot is available for the heavy-duty trucks, trailers and buses etc, an extra fee will be applicable.

PETS :
Pets are allowed in a few specific rooms only. An additional fee of $25 per animal per day is required. In order to assign you the pet-friendly room, it is mandatory to advise us of the presence of your animal.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME:
Rooms are available starting from 4:00 p.m., on the day of arrival.
The check-out time is before 11:00 a.m., on the day of departure.
